Chef de partie - Tourier

You will be in charge of the tarts and dough section producing the finest morning goods and tarts delivered to prestigious locations in the south east. The products range made in this section vary from five stars hotels, airlines, restaurants to upmarket patisserie shops in London.

You must have at least 3 years proven experience and be able to lead a small team in a busy enviroment. This is a great opportunity to develop as well as show your skills.

Salary: £22k per year depending on experience. Top Salary to the right applicant (negotiable).

Commis Patissier

This position is to join the cold section of our patisserie team. You will be working within a team of qualified and experienced patissiers. The range of products in this section offer a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience to develop your skills further.

Salary: 9.20 per hour minimum. One year experience minimum.
